Nādi
The Nādi system of Astrology represents a specialized branch of predictive Astrology, gifted by various Maharishis for the benefit of future generations. Within this system, several sub-systems are attributed to the Maharishis who originated them. The methodology of analysis and prediction employed in Nādi Astrology differs significantly from that of the Parashara system. Unique characteristics of Nādi Astrology include the division of a sign into 150 Nadiamsas, utilization of directional influences governed by signs to define aspects and conjunctions, distinct interpretations of planetary dignities, progressions involving Jupiter, Saturn, and the Moon, and the application of diverse Dasa systems such as Bhrigu Pada Dasa. Additionally, Nadi Horary system based on Hora lords and remedies based on past karma are integral components. The ICAS syllabus offers a comprehensive overview of the Nādi system’s fundamentals, enabling students to effectively predict various aspects of life with greater accuracy.
